NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2023 CA 002420 of the Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2020-1, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF TERRANCE M. COON AKA TERRANCE MATHEW COON, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Gwen Marshall will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com, on January 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM, the following described property:
